Well, its finally here….the Sky Broadband Unlimited Package gives me a great download speed of 14 Mb which surely meets my criteria as a I love downloading exciting sports clips and music videos… But still I face certain issues at peak hours which take time to solve as the service staff does not know how to tackle customers and understand their problems. They simply know how to keep the phone on hold for a couple of hours without responding.

Pretty satisfied with Sky Broadband Unlimited, since I live near the telephone exchange I do not face much problem but still at peak times the speed goes down. I have to wait for the speed to pick up again and then only my downloading gets completed swiftly. At times I do face broken broadband connection again arriving at the problem is a trouble some issue. I do wish I had thoroughly checked the broadband speed available in my area before going for going ahead with a 12 month contract with Sky. Still I am on a look out for other service providers who offer great service bundles.
