Sky Broadband Base Reviews

Sky Free Broadband is a great deal, offering you with almost Sky Wireless Router worth £25, free McAfee security trial, 24/7 technical support and a monthly usage allowance of 2GB per month. When you get it for free as a Sky TV and Sky Talk customer, it is not what you would have bargained for. Just enough for checking for mails, I don’t worry care much about the speed I get. It suits my purpose well enough moreover with Sky Talk always available to easily get connected, Sky Free Broadband very well serves my purpose….I don’t expect any thing exceptional from Sky Free Broadband.

Sky Base is pretty ok, considering it is offered for free. With 2GB monthly usage at a download speed of 2 MB I am quite comfortable with using. Though getting a connection takes up some of my time, its fine with me as I need to check up utility bills that’s all and upgrading the plans if required. With a wireless router, quick and easy installation of the broadband connection, I began using the Sky broadband connection right away.

Though the Sky Broadband Base is offered free, I am not at all happy with its services. To get the connection up and running took a lot of time and also I did not get the desired speed and enjoy using the broadband connection. Calling up the customer service is simply futile as they do not want to attend to the customer grievances and they simply put the call on hold with out attempting to come back at all. Thoroughly dissatisfied with their services and manner of doing things.
